Is Face Painting Safe?
Kaleidoscope Face Painting only uses paints which are hypoallergenic, antibacterial and water-based. They are non-toxic and fully compliant with EU and FDA toy and cosmetics regulations.
All paints are easily removed with soap and water.
Are Kaleidoscope Face Painting fully insured?
Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance, which is specifically tailored for Face and Body Painting.
Are there restrictions to who you can paint?
Unfortunately we are unable to paint children who have chicken pox, measles, mumps, conjunctivitis, cold sores or any infection of the skin. As an alternative some children may be able to have arm or hand painting. For children with dry skin or eczema a sensitivity test patch on the arm can be offered.
For insurance purposes we cannot offer Face Painting to children under 3 years of age.
Could I consider a themed event?
Certainly, if you already have an idea in mind please contact us and we will try to accommodate. Alternatively, have a look at our Themes for inspiration.
Do I need parental consent for Face Painting?
As the event organiser, it is your responsibility to gain parental consent for face painting, if you would like us to provide consent forms, we will be happy to supply them at no extra cost.
What do I need to provide?

Everything needed will be supplied by us, your painter will arrive with her own table and chair, full professional kit and even water if necessary, all you need to do is provide a well lit area!
